At Jenn Bilton Fitness we are all about empowering vibrant women in their midlife era.My mission is to empower you with innovative health tools—like bioactive peptides—to build strength, focus, and vitality. With fitness and nutrition support, you’ll achieve your goals with ease. If you've been dancing through life's challenges - whether it be the office grind or empty nest mom life, and you're done with joint pain and inflammation - we get you. Drawing from my own journey recovering from a knee replacement and tackling inflammatory hurdles, I bring a unique understanding to guide you toward better mobility, flexibility, and all-around well-being. My Story

I'll never forget the feeling of thinking my life was over at 46. 

It was another sleepless night, 2 or 3 am. The joint pain in my knees, which made me unable to cross a room in the daytime, left me unable to sleep most nights. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and I couldn't see a way out. I was convinced I would be an invalid for the rest of my life. I was watching everyone around me live their lives from my chair in the living room, and knowing that they were curtailing their lives for me was soul-crushing. I'd never known what despair was before that night, what hopelessness felt like. It felt like drowning in the open air.

That night I decided to make a change. My team of doctors were not equipped for my health issues, so I tackled them myself. I logged every. single. thing for weeks. Finally I began to find answers. Over the next few years I kept working, searching, and rebuilding my health, mostly through nutrition. In January of 2021 I was healthy enough for knee replacement surgery, and by September of that year I was ready to take my physical therapy to the next level. I signed up for a fitness program I hadn't been able to complete before, and not only did I finish it, I went on to complete ten more!

For the past five years I've continued to improve my health, mobility, and outlook on life through fitness, nutrition, and mindset work. And right alongside me every day is my Let's Get Moving wellness community. We encourage each other, hold ourselves accountable, and celebrate wins together. I don't take any of it for granted.
